Royal Skate Night, The Hague

Information

The Hague, a city to be proud of. General info
The Royal Skate Night skates The Hague every week on Tuesdays. It is a small group of skaters who like to ride through the Hague on skates. We skate on the smooth asphalt that The Hague does have to offer. Sometimes we skate along the sea through the dunes of Scheveningen or Kijkduin enjoying the sunset. Another time we enjoy the city center (and its parking lots).

When and where The tour starts at 20.30 hrs in front of the famous Peace Palace at Carnegieplein 1 in the Hague.
One of the founders originates from South America. This means that the start is generally a bit later (South American Times) than indicated above.
Number of participants and organisation
Participants wise, the RSN is a small night skate.
The Royal Skate Night is not an organisation. The Royal Skate Night is a group of friends who like to skate through The Hague together.
The guy or gal in front is just the one who knows this stretch of asphalt best or likes to break wind for his (or her) other friends. We love to meet you, maybe you can show us a nice piece of The Hague or we can show you pieces you don't know yet.
Can I join ?
When you have a decent experience on skates, and know how to behave in the trafic you are more than welcome. We wait for each other at regular intervals and at the traffic lights if required.
You are responsible for your own safety; you are after all an ordinary participant in the Tuesday Night Traffic. Furthermore we strongly recommend the use of protective equipment like, for example a helmet.
